Fabienne POIRIER- HERRINGTON is not only bilingual in French/Anglo-American but she also has a good knowledge of
American and French cultures.

She has been a translator/interpreter for 10 years within diverse
environments. She was part of the translation team for the B E R
measures (new European directives for the automobile industry in 2002) and has an extended experience in dubbing as well. She keeps in touch wth all professional events in order to keep on her toes and get acquainted with new technics.

In June 2004, she obtained a 965/990 grade on the TOEIC and she is currently studying for the TEFL.

Her passion for both countries and their languages has brought her to create her own company: American ATLAS (www.American-atlas.fr)

She firmly believes in customer satisfaction through tailored services while respecting her customers’ confidentiality.

Currently she is working on the translation of a wonderful project : a romantic saga titled “Myrihandes”, telling an original tale of the “Soulmates” in a lost world setting. The first of three chapters is ‘The Secret of the Soulmates” for which Guilhem and
Fabienne Poirier Herrington – his partner and translator- are currently looking for an English exploitation for the publishing and/or the movie making.
